Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a total nightmare. The rooms were dirty and extremely tired, smelled like urine, had hairs on the bed and sink, and even dead roaches behind the bed. It was a terrible experience; I'd recommend sleeping in a car in a high crime area instead. The damp feel and noise outside made it impossible to sleep. The second room we got had a strong smoke smell and bugs that freaked us out.
The hotel felt like home and was comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the damp feel made it difficult to sleep well due to noise from people yelling outside at night. Despite this, the room was clean and quiet, though it was very noisy throughout the night.
The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and provides easy access to nearby restaurants and amenities. The rooms are clean and well supplied, although some maintenance issues need to be addressed. The service was friendly and attentive overall, despite a slight hiccup in seating arrangement. The dining experience, while convenient, could use some improvement in terms of variety. The location is great for those attending events at the Hilton, offsetting any minor negatives. Parking is available, but additional privacy measures could enhance the stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite challenging. The rooms were dirty, scary, and had a terrible smell - a combination that made me want to check out immediately. Despite being told the room was clean, it smelled really bad after shampoo. However, the room size was large and very adequate for our needs, but the overall experience was simply awful. You're honestly better off sleeping in your car in a high-crime area.
The hotel is conveniently located for business travelers attending events at the Orlando Convention Center and offers a variety of dining options nearby. The rooms are decent but show some signs of aging. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there may be a smoke odor issue. The location is great for accessing the Convention Center and enjoying nearby dining establishments. The dining experience offers a mix of positive and negative aspects. Overall, it's a decent choice with room for improvement.
I found the hotel to be a real gem with clean and spacious rooms that perfectly met our needs at a great value. However, there were some maintenance issues, like crumbling walls and a bathroom door that didn't close properly. On the bright side, the room was equipped with essential amenities like a safe, fridge, and microwave. Plus, there was a small visitor in the form of a lizard on our first day!
The hotel had a convenient location close to popular attractions and dining options, but the room quality fell short with slight mold and being a bit run down. The service was marred by some unprofessional behavior, even though the staff were friendly. Value for money seemed questionable due to the outdated service.
The hotel had really nice rooms that were clean and comfortable, but there was a terrible smell of mold which made it unpleasant, especially with a wet carpet. The service was a mix of being less than attentive with some pleasant interactions, though an early morning cleaning announcement was intrusive. The location was excellent, especially for those visiting the Orange County Convention Center, despite some negatives. The dining options were disappointing, and it would have been nice to have better choices. However, the facilities were generally good.
The hotel rooms had a musty smell and some paint falling off the ceiling, but they were clean with a restaurant on-site. The service was friendly but a bit loud, needing some freshening up. The location was convenient with nearby attractions assistance. The dining experience was good, located at the hotel, though it could be slightly annoying. The facilities included a pool and free car parking.
